A NZ Artisan Awards Bronze Medal winner, Deep Sleep is a beautifully crafted evening blend combining Persian Echium, Chamomile, and Lavender. Each ingredient is sourced with care and hand-blended in New Zealand, with no artificial additives or preservatives.

Taste profile

Mellow and floral. Chamomile leads, lavender follows, and Persian echium gives the brew its deep violet-blue colour. Rounded and slightly sweet, with none of the sharpness of a strong herbal tea.

Brewing tips
