A NZ Artisan Awards Bronze Medal winner. Persian Garden is inspired by the historic gardens of Persia, traditionally designed as places of relaxation and reflection. This fragrant, fruit-forward blend combines the natural sweetness of apple and quince with delicate orange blossom, rose petals, and warm cardamom.

Taste profile

Fragrant and fruit-forward. Apple and quince give body and sweetness, orange blossom and rose sit on top, cardamom warms the finish. Tastes like a Persian sweet shop smells.

Brewing tips

Steep 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes. Naturally sweet, no sugar needed. Perfect hot or over ice in summer.
