About MagicT Infuser Tube

The Infuser Tube is a borosilicate glass infuser that lets you brew loose leaf directly in any cup or bottle. The cork lid seals in flavour and aroma, and the glass body lets you watch the brew develop. Resistant to thermal shock, so it works with hot and cold alike, and small enough to travel with.

Material

  • Material: borosilicate glass with a natural cork lid
  • Use: hot or cold, in any cup or bottle

Caring tips

  • The glass tube is dishwasher safe.
  • The cork lid is not. Keep it out of the dishwasher and don't leave it soaking, or the cork will swell and lose its seal. Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry.
  • Rinse it soon after use so leaf doesn't dry inside the tube.
Common questions
Can I use this with any Magic T tea?

Yes. It works with any of our loose leaf blends or pure herbs. Add a heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 5 to 7 minutes, or follow the brewing tips on the tea's own page.

What if it arrives broken, or breaks while I'm using it?

If it arrives broken, we replace it. If it breaks while you're using it within the first 30 days, we replace that too. Email info@magict.co.nz with a photo and we'll sort it out. Glass is glass, and we'd rather stand behind it than argue about it.

What if I break the infuser or the lid?

It happens, and it usually doesn't mean replacing the whole thing. Email us at info@magict.co.nz with a photo and tell us which piece broke. We keep spare infusers and lids for most of our glassware and will let you know what we can do.
