Product details
  • Stay Fit and Meta-Boost: 1 tsp in 80 to 85°C water for 3 to 5 minutes (both contain green tea)
  • Hibiscus Cinnamon: 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 7 minutes

All three work well hot or iced in the flask.
