  • Throat Relief, Hibiscus Cinnamon and Antioxidant: 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes
  • Meta-Boost: 1 tsp in 80 to 85°C water for 3 to 5 minutes, contains green tea
