About Menstrual Support Bundle

The Menstrual Support Bundle gathers four herbs with a long traditional role in women's wellbeing through the cycle. Pure Spearmint, Damask Rose Buds, Pure Nettle and Soothe and Settle, all in pouches so you can drink whichever the day calls for.

Product details
  • Pure Spearmint, Damask Rose Buds and Pure Nettle: 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes
  • Soothe and Settle: 1 tsp in 80 to 85°C water for 3 to 5 minutes, contains green tea
