About Daily Energizer

A NZ Artisan Awards Bronze Medal winner. The Daily Energizer is one of MagicT's most labour-intensive blends, it takes almost an hour to produce just 500 grams.

Green tea buds and upper leaves are hand-selected, cinnamon sticks are crushed by hand, and cardamom pods are gently cracked with a traditional mortar and pestle to preserve freshness. Also available in an elegant glass jar.

Taste profile

A bright, layered cup. Green tea and mint up front, with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom giving it warmth, and rose petal softening the edges. It reads more like a spiced green tea than a herbal infusion.

Brewing tips

Steep 1 tsp in 85 to 90°C water (not fully boiling) for 3 to 5 minutes to protect the green tea. For stronger flavour, grind the blend lightly before brewing. Can be enjoyed hot or iced.
