Great coffee substitute

I have health issues where I have been recommended to stop my caffeine intake. Being able to have this Date Seed alternative has meant I can enjoy a similar experience with my plunger. It doesn't taste the same as my expresso, but it a good substitute and has a mild filter coffee texture, that is smokey and earthy.
