A NZ Artisan Awards Bronze Medal winner. Sweet Dreams is a soothing, aromatic blend where lemon balm is harvested just before the plant blossoms and air-dried to preserve its natural fragrance. Lavender comes from traditional farms in southwestern Turkey, and rose petals add a mellow, floral finish.

Taste profile

Gentle and citrus-floral. Lemon verbena and lemon balm lead with a soft lemon-sherbet note, lavender and rose settle underneath. Lighter and prettier than most evening blends.

Brewing tips

Steep 1 tsp (or a three-finger pinch) in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes. Avoid over-brewing to prevent bitterness. Can be brewed a second or third time. Add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey for extra flavour.
